Batman:Arkham city is the next sequel in the action-adventure game Batman:Arkham Asylum, based upon DC Comics' Batman. The video game is being developed by Rocksteady Studios for Playstation 3 (PS3), Xbox 360 by Microsoft and the Wii U from Nintendo, as well as for PC players. The next title in the series was official announced at the Spike Video Game Awards at the beginning of 2010 and is scheduled to be released worldwide on October 18, 2011.
